More about camping on Korčula-Pelješac
Take a wine tour and stop off at several wineries for tasting. Also check out the oyster farms that you will find here by the sea. At Orebic you can cross to the island of Korčula in half an hour by boat. The town of the same name is also known as 'Little Dubrovnik'. The marble streets and red roofs of the narrow houses are typical of the villages in this region. You will find many historical sights, including the house where Marco Polo is said to have been born and St. Mark's Cathedral. Together with the wine region of Peljesac and the walled village of Ston, these are the attractions of both islands. A camping holiday on Korčula or Pelješac is definitely worth the trip.
