Luxury pool and spa complex
With a choice of 4 pools and a lovely toddler’s splash pool, the beautifully landscaped water complex is a place of wonder and delight for all ages. With mini-slides, fountains and brightly coloured toys, the splash pool is a joyous place for the little ones. Older children will make for the slides and climbing frame of the plunge pool, whilst adults can enjoy a relaxing swim or laze poolside on a sun-lounger. Indulge your inner Roman emperor or empress at the spa complex. Bask in the effervescent waters, surrounded by opulent stone columns and statues. Take a rejuvenating steam bath or sauna, treat yourself to a massage, or try one of the many wellness treatments and leave feeling ready to conquer the world!
On-site activities and entertainment
Children have 5 sandy play areas with swings, slides and climbing frames. The campsite also offers animation programmes for kids from 5 to 12 years. This is where they channel their creativity at arts and crafts and play games or sports, all under the supervision of a qualified monitor. Meanwhile, gladiators can train at the indoor gym or utilise the spacious outdoor facilities, which include 2 tennis courts, 2 basketball courts, plus football, volleyball, table tennis and boules. Sports competitions are regularly held, where guests can compete not only on land, but also at sea. Windsurfers take note! The huge amphitheatre and disco-bar host shows and activities during the day and evening, so that no age group feels left out of the fun.
Beaches and sightseeing
Roda de Barà boasts 3 Blue Flag beaches: Platja de la Costa Daurada, Platja de la Punta del Guineu and Platja de Roda de Barà. Their fine sand and brilliant blue waters make them ideal for a family day at the beach. The ancient port city of Tarragona and its genuine Roman remains are a short bus ride away, and no trip would be complete without spending a day in magical Barcelona.
Restaurant and bar
The restaurant has a terrace area for al fresco dining. There is also a takeaway service, plus 2 bars.
The supermarket provides all essentials, including fresh fruit and vegetables, while the souvenir shop lets you take some memories home with you. Finally, a newsagents completes the circle, with international newspapers to keep you up to date on all happenings.
